Susan’s eye for detail paired with her years of travel planning for friends and family made her transition into becoming a luxury travel advisor seamless. Susan is a master at alleviating the stresses that come with travel planning, letting her clients leave the days of scrolling through endless reviews and information overload behind them.

By learning about her clients’ past travel experiences, Susan is able to create individualized itineraries suited perfectly to her clients’ preferences. Susan is constantly educating herself on the latest travel trends. With access to Brownell’s extensive network of travel partners, Susan handpicks every component of her clients’ vacation to make sure it is extraordinary from start to finish. With a ‘no trip is too big or too small’ attitude, Susan loves creating experiences clients would not have come across on their own. Susan’s personal travel experiences range from luxury beach destinations, adventure hiking expeditions, European excursions and immersions, and family and multi-generational travel. With a degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Susan is a native Houstonian. She and her husband, Sloan, raise their two sons and daughter in Amarillo, Texas.
