The Process
We take a page out of Brownell’s exclusive “Discover More” process so we can plan the perfect trip for you. We listen, we ask questions, we discover!
Susan Teeple travel is all about the client and finding the perfect fit for you! We want to know your expectations, your likes and your dislikes. To get started, we set up a call or meeting to learn more. We talk special requests, budget and options. At this point, there will be a small fee to begin the collaboration process.
– $100 for hotel research
– $250 for up to a week of detailed itinerary research and booking
*other fees will apply should you desire for assistance with airfare. We have access to the Brownell Air Desk – experts in booking airfare and comes with the benefit of 24/7 travel assistance if there are any bumps with the airlines.
DESIGN
This is the fun part! Susan will take all the information from the Discover process to create the perfect itinerary utilizing the extensive list of preferred partners, on sites and supplier relationships. Susan will recommend hotels, restaurants, and the perfect activities that go along with your preferences. Susan will only recommend vetted contacts to make the most of your time and money during your travel.
CONNECT
When you, the client decide on the recommendations that suit you, then Susan will get all aspects of the trip secured. Your requests and preferences will be utilized during this process. Susan will request upgrades, perks and amenities such as resort or spa credits, free breakfast, early check in and late check out and upgraded room if available.
